‘אליאנס: כל ישראל חברים’ (כי”ח) הוא ארגון חינוכי ישראלי, שנוסד בשנת 1860 בצרפת, וחולל שינוי עצום בעולם היהודי: הקמת 280 בתי ספר יהודיים מודרניים בארצות האסלאם, השכלה לנשים, הקמת מוסדות להכשרת עתודות מנהיגות מקומית – אנשי חינוך, מנהיגי קהילה ורבנים, החייאת השפה העברית, והקמת ‘מקווה ישראל’. כל אלו היוו תשתית ליצירת דור משכיל ומודרני, המחובר למסורת יהודית פתוחה ומכילה, ואבן בניין בהקמת מדינת ישראל.

היום בישראל, ‘אליאנס: כל ישראל חברים’ (כי”ח) מעודד מצוינות חינוכית ומנהיגות מקומית בפריפריה, מטפח יהדות ישראלית מחברת, ויוצר חיבורים למסורת יהדות ספרד וליהדות צרפת.

The socio-economic gap between center and periphery can be seen in the lack of equal opportunities in education, and in the poor realization of the talents and potential of students from the periphery.

Educational excellence is the key driver of social mobility. Since there is a clear correlation between motivation, academic achievements, and success with the positive affirmation of the pupils’ sense of identity, self-esteem, and belonging, Kol Israel Haverim works to promote educational excellence in the periphery while strengthening local identity and leadership.

• Equal educational opportunities and the full realization of the abilities and talents of pupils in the periphery.
• Educational excellence as the main driver of social mobility. 
• Positive affirmation of the pupils' identity, self-worth, and sense of belonging.

Israeli Judaism connects, Spanish Jewish tradition and connection to France: The increasing division of Israeli society into sectors along lines of religious identities and the weakening of its common denominators, lead to overall reduced identification with Jewish and democratic values. Religious extremism, the exclusion of the moderate traditional population and the alienation from Jewish tradition, significantly damage the country's social cohesion as well as its ties with the Diaspora. 

Rooted in a sense of responsibility for Klal Israel [all of Israel], and to strengthen the country as a Jewish and democratic state, 'Kol Israel Haverim' works to promote inclusive Jewish-Israeli identity and leadership.

• Acknowledgment of the moderate traditional public and a sense of belonging to the Jewish tradition.

Activities and Plans

‘אליאנס: כל ישראל חברים’ (כי”ח) יוזם תוכניות התערבות והעצמה בבתי ספר ובקהילה, מכשיר עתודות חינוכיות ומנהיגות מקומית כאמצעי לשינוי חינוכי-חברתי בר קיימא ומפתח מיזמי תוכן, הכוללים תהליכי מחקר, הנגשה וכתיבה של חומרים, המבססים תהליכים חינוכיים. מתוך תפישה כוללת של חיבורים בין הישגים לימודיים לתהליכי זהות, ‘כל ישראל חברים’ מנכיח מסורת יהודית מגוונת, מכילה ומחברת.

המושג פדגוגיה מבוססת זהות פותח בארגון ‘אליאנס: כל ישראל חברים’, ומיושם במסגרת פעילותו הענפה בחברה הישראלית.
