Allé Program
Optimal educational integration of immigrant pupils from rance.
The Allé program helps schools to integrate immigrants from France, by providing educational and emotional support to immigrant pupils, as well as promoting educational excellence as part of creating optimal conditions for successful integration. Both elementary and secondary schools in Israel are assisted through this program, in order to emotionally and educationally adapt to the successful integration of immigrant pupils from France.
The Allé Program Coordinator integrates into the school's team and develops tailored programs to meet the pupils' needs. The program also introduces additional resources into the school, which are translated into psychological counseling hours and academic reinforcement. Personal support for pupils facing challenges is provided, and enrichment programs focused on heritage, understanding Israeli society and field trips across the country is offered.

- Allé pupils improve their grade averages on their report cards.

- Parents of Allé pupils are more involved in their children's learning and in the school community as a whole.
