A program from Mizrahi Shemesh

In-depth study of the Jewish tradition of Spain

From the East of Shemesh is a social leadership seminary that develops local leadership among young people in the geographic-social periphery of Israel, and builds a network of social leaders who are committed to a traditional, diverse, and inclusive Jewish worldview, in the spirit of Israeli tradition and inspired by the legacy of the Sephardic sages.

My colleagues from Mizrahi Shemesh are studying at the Beit Midrash, where they deepen their familiarity with the tradition of Sephardic Judaism and consolidate a traditional Jewish worldview.

The Justice Fellows program selects prominent activists in the social, educational, and public spheres, and the Merhav Fellows program selects serving community rabbis who are involved in the affairs of this world and build bridges to tradition between all parts of the people. The Me'orot Fellows program selects social entrepreneurs, graduates of leadership programs.
