In this meeting, we will expose educators to a question that is no less important and perhaps the most important, what is the consciousness with which the educator approaches her work? We will introduce the educator to the concept of "change agent" and discuss the difference between it and the concept of "socialization agent". We would like to emphasize how crucial consciousness is regarding educational questions and in general. Why is it important to constantly strengthen consciousness? How does the identity and consciousness of the educator shape her perception of herself first and then of her students.
