A practical model of the "Mishram" program - connecting identity processes with excellence in the periphery. The identity axis in the "Mishram" program at the KCH is designed to train teachers to lead identity-based educational processes in their classrooms and at school, to integrate identity discourse in the humanities and social sciences, and to ensure the presence of the different identities of students in all the components and spaces that make up the school.
