\u2018Mesharim for Fairness in Education\u2019 is a five year program designed to bring revolutionary change to primary schools that are under-achieving in all Ministry of Education\u2019s evaluation parameters. The program operates under a flexible budget that allows for diverse solutions, customized to the needs of each school.<\/p>

\u2018Mesharim\u2019 strengthens the self-efficacy of the school\u2019s educational team, improves the quality of teaching processes \u2013 generating an increase in the number of students registering to the school, bringing down violence levels, and severing the correlation between students\u2019 socio-economic status and achievements in verbal literacy and numerical literacy (numeracy).<\/p>

Promoting educational excellence and local leadership in the peripheries, KIAH supports and coaches the schools that participate in the program. KIAH\u2019s pedagogical philosophy focuses on empowerment and professionalization of the school\u2019s management and educational teams, strengthening teachers\u2019 professional identity, fostering attitude changes, and creating a supportive learning environment for both the educational team and the students.<\/p>

Matching each school\u2019s unique attributes and needs, and based on qualitative and quantitative research data, an individual program was developed around the organizational, pedagogical and mental axes. The process was carried out while maintaining trust and respect for the school\u2019s educational team. The program\u2019s focus is on training and empowering the educational teams, while maintaining operative flexibility, fostering an open and collaborative culture and the synchronization between the school system\u2019s various elements.<\/p>

\u2018Mesharim\u2019 was initiated by Yad Hanadiv and the Ministry of Education \u2013 Primary Education Department.<\/p>

KIAH operates \u2018Mesharim\u2019 in 11 schools in the country\u2019s social periphery.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
