Le programme de Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim, Morasha, intervient au sein des \u00e9coles la\u00efques pour pr\u00e9senter un juda\u00efsme isra\u00e9lien inclusif en mettant l'accent sur la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie socio-g\u00e9ographique du pays. Ce programme accompagne la direction des \u00e9tablissements, le corps enseignant, ainsi que le leadership des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, autour des valeurs du juda\u00efsme isra\u00e9lien. Cet approfondissement conduit \u00e0 une action sociale, en parall\u00e8le \u00e0 une connaissance de l'\u00e9ventail des identit\u00e9s au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 isra\u00e9lienne et au renforcement de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tudier ensemble, au Beit Midrash.<\/p>

Morasha accompagne la direction de l'\u00e9cole dans l'instauration de nouvelles pratiques scolaires, d'opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives, et cr\u00e9e un impact sur l'ensemble de l'espace scolaire. Le programme met en place un coordinateur scolaire en charge de promouvoir le concept \"juda\u00efsme isra\u00e9lien\" au sein de l'\u00e9cole. Il forme les enseignants \u00e0 diriger des processus d'apprentissage traitant de l'approfondissement de l'identit\u00e9 juive isra\u00e9lienne, et met sur pied des groupes de jeunes \u00e9l\u00e8ves leaders, qui apprennent cette p\u00e9dagogie et guident eux-m\u00eames d'autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves, lesquels \u00e9tudient en bin\u00f4me dans leur classe et lors de projets scolaires.<\/p>

Les processus d'analyse de l'identit\u00e9 juive isra\u00e9lienne, dans la diversit\u00e9 des voix et des traditions au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 isra\u00e9lienne, encouragent chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve de l'\u00e9tablissement, et notamment l'\u00e9l\u00e8ve traditionnaliste, \u00e0 apporter sa voix personnelle ; ils l'invitent \u00e9galement \u00e0 se rattacher \u00e0 la tradition juive s\u00e9pharade. L'apprentissage d'une p\u00e9dagogie de dialogue, en petits groupes, favorise la participation de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve et permet de s'\u00e9panouir \u00e0 ceux qui, parfois, ne parviennent pas s'exprimer dans le strict cadre scolaire.<\/p>

Le programme Morasha est soutenu par les Fondations Pozen, et Ad\u00e9lis, les F\u00e9d\u00e9rations juives de Chicago, Philadelphie et MetroWest, ainsi que par le d\u00e9partement Patrimoine au minist\u00e8re de l'Education et le d\u00e9partement pour la Culture Juive.<\/p>

Morasha accompagne chaque ann\u00e9e environ 1200 enseignants et 14000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, au sein de 30 \u00e9coles la\u00efques.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
