Ce programme organise et structure des communaut\u00e9s d'enseignantes professeures principales au sein d'un espace s\u00fbr et de qualit\u00e9, qui permet l'apprentissage et la coop\u00e9ration, et qui traite du d\u00e9veloppement de la fonction de professeure principale en tant que profession reconnue: gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la recherche sur les pratiques, une r\u00e9ponse est apport\u00e9e aux d\u00e9fis quotidiens en affinant les meilleures m\u00e9thodes, et on examine de quelles fa\u00e7ons et par quels moyens promouvoir l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et l'\u00e9ducation aux valeurs.<\/p><p>Ce programme permet d'acc\u00e9der au contenu dispens\u00e9 par des professionnels sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans leur domaine, \u00e0 des personnalit\u00e9s inspirantes, et \u00e0 des ateliers et des visites r\u00e9pondant aux besoins qui \u00e9mergent des groupes de professeures principales. Le programme rassemble des communaut\u00e9s scolaires, municipales, et nationales.<\/p><p>La sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 du programme Reshit mis en \u0153uvre par Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim consiste \u00e0 renforcer l'excellence en \u00e9ducation et le leadership local en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, tout en \u00e9tablissant une conception globale des liens entre les r\u00e9sultats scolaires et les processus identitaires.<\/p><p>Le programme au niveau municipal, qui fonctionne comme un programme pilote \u00e0 Hedera, entraine l'ensemble du syst\u00e8me dans toute la ville \u00e0 agir pour l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et pour l'\u00e9ducation aux valeurs par le biais des femmes professeures principales de leur classe, et cr\u00e9e des mod\u00e8les effectifs et durables d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances dans le champ municipal, en s'appuyant sur les professeures principales. Le programme produit et d\u00e9ploie des communaut\u00e9s d'enseignantes professeures principales tant au sein des \u00e9tablissements scolaires que des municipalit\u00e9s, tout en accompagnant et guidant les \u00e9coles, et en lan\u00e7ant des projets novateurs pour augmenter l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances. Le programme fonctionne pour l'ensemble du leadership scolaire de la ville, et \u00e9tablit une base commune pour la conduite municipale du processus, tout en s'ajustant de fa\u00e7on sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la cartographie des besoins et \u00e0 la vision \u00e9ducative de la ville.<\/p><p>Le programme est appliqu\u00e9 dans 17 \u00e9tablissements scolaires dans l'ensemble du pays, dont 10
