Le programme est mis en \u0153uvre avec une certaine souplesse budg\u00e9taire, favorisant des r\u00e9ponses vari\u00e9es, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chacun des \u00e9tablissements scolaires.<\/p><p>Le programme renforce l'auto-perception de comp\u00e9tence de l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9ducative, am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 des processus d'enseignement, et on constate, pour l'\u00e9cole b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire concern\u00e9e, \u00e0 la fois une augmentation continue du nombre d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves inscrits, une diminution du niveau de violence, et une rupture de la corr\u00e9lation entre le niveau socio-\u00e9conomique et la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats scolaires dans l'apprentissage de la lecture et du calcul.<\/p><p>Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim, qui encourage l'excellence en \u00e9ducation et le leadership local en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, accompagne les \u00e9tablissements participant au programme : selon la conception de KIAH, l'accompagnement se focalise sur le renforcement et la professionnalisation de la direction et de l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9ducative de l'\u00e9tablissement, sur la r\u00e9affirmation de l'identit\u00e9 professionnelle, qui am\u00e8nera un changement dans les positions et les conceptions, et sur la cr\u00e9ation d'un environnement qui soutient l'apprentissage, tant pour l'\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique que pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p><p>Un programme sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tablissement a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place, qui prend en compte la confiance et la consid\u00e9ration dues \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9ducative, qui se base sur des \u00e9tudes ayant fourni des donn\u00e9es quantitatives et qualitatives, et qui s'ajuste aux caract\u00e9ristiques et aux besoins de chaque \u00e9cole. Ce programme s'\u00e9difie autour de diff\u00e9rents axes : organisationnel, p\u00e9dagogique, et mental. Le programme met l'accent sur la formation de l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9ducative et son renforcement, tout en respectant une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis des modes op\u00e9ratoires, de la culture communautaire ouverte, et de la synchronisation entre tous les composants du syst\u00e8me.<\/p><p>Les partenaires du programme M\u00e9icharim sont Yad Hanadiv et le Minist\u00e8re de l'Education Nationale \u2013 D\u00e9partement de l'enseignement primaire.<\/p><p><strong>Dans le cadre du programme Meisharim, Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim intervient dans 11 \u00e9coles de la
