Netou\u00efm - Fiert\u00e9 locale, est un programme du Beit Midrash Mimizra'h Shemesh - Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim, qui am\u00e8ne les jeunes de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie \u00e0 devenir des cadres dans leur ville. Netou\u00efm forme un leadership attach\u00e9 \u00e0 son identit\u00e9, conscient des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s sociales, et op\u00e9rant au sein de son lieu d'origine o\u00f9 il prend ses racines.<\/p>

Ce programme propose un \u00e9thos positif quant \u00e0 la notion de p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, accro\u00eet le sentiment d'appartenance locale, ainsi que l'implication des jeunes locaux, par le biais d'une action sociale et communautaire dans la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie d'Isra\u00ebl, dans le N\u00e9guev et en Galil\u00e9e. Le programme fa\u00e7onne une identit\u00e9 et une conscience sociale, et renforce les futurs cadres tout en les reliant aux sources juives, en mettant l'accent sur la tradition des juifs s\u00e9pharades.<\/p>

Les \u00e9tudiants qui sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour le programme Netou\u00efm sont des jeunes qui accordent une place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante \u00e0 l'essor de la localit\u00e9 dans laquelle ils ont grandi. Ce sont des \u00e9tudiants de qualit\u00e9, motiv\u00e9s pour \u0153uvrer socialement, et poss\u00e9dant des qualit\u00e9s de leader. Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'une bourse d'\u00e9tude et participent \u00e0 un groupe de formation et \u00e0 des ateliers de leadership et d'enrichissement, qui vont constituer la base de leur esprit d'entreprise communautaire et de leur action sociale.<\/p>

Les textes juifs qui sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s se focalisent sur des questions sociales ; ils permettent un parcours personnel et une discussion de groupe qui suscitent un \u00e9change ouvert et une connexion identitaire. L'acquisition de ces outils, l'accumulation d'exp\u00e9riences sociales et une activit\u00e9 en groupe sont \u00e0 l'origine d'un leadership communautaire solide.<\/p>

Netou\u00efm est soutenu par les Fondations Posen, Ad\u00e9lis, l'Association Sabah, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Philadelphie et la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration juive de MetroWest (New Jersey), et agit en partenariat avec le Minist\u00e8re pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, du N\u00e9guev et de la Galil\u00e9e, avec le Mifal Hapa\u00efs (la loterie nationale), et avec les municipalit\u00e9s et les centres de jeunes situ\u00e9s dans la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, dans le N\u00e9guev et en Galil\u00e9e.<\/p>
