Le programme de Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim \"Echkolot Bakerem\" consiste en une formation universitaire \u00e0 l'enseignement de la mati\u00e8re \"Culture juive isra\u00e9lienne\" dans le cadre du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif la\u00efque en Isra\u00ebl. Ce programme privil\u00e9gie un juda\u00efsme isra\u00e9lien qui rassemble en respectant les diff\u00e9rentes traditions et identit\u00e9s juives parmi les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e9tudiants dans ce syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif.<\/p>

Echkolot Bakerem d\u00e9veloppe une p\u00e9dagogie sp\u00e9cifique, adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l'enseignement de cette mati\u00e8re en introduisant une \u00e9tude interdisciplinaire, pr\u00e9conisant une r\u00e9flexion sur l'identit\u00e9 avec une sensibilit\u00e9 multiculturelle. Il permet \u00e9galement d'acqu\u00e9rir une v\u00e9ritable capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 lire et \u00e0 comprendre les notions de base relatives aux textes juifs.<\/p>

La formation des enseignants participant \u00e0 ce programme est bas\u00e9e sur une p\u00e9dagogie de Beit Midrash orient\u00e9e vers l'enseignement au coll\u00e8ge, et mettant l'accent sur des sujets peu \u00e9tudi\u00e9s dans le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif la\u00efque, comme l'identit\u00e9 traditionnaliste et l'h\u00e9ritage des sages s\u00e9pharades.<\/p>

Chaque ann\u00e9e, 18 personnes sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour participer au programme. Elles \u00e9tudient pendant deux ans les sources juives classiques et modernes, provenant des diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s d'Isra\u00ebl, et approfondissent leur connaissance de la culture juive isra\u00e9lienne en litt\u00e9rature, arts et musique. Les participants \u00e9tudient la p\u00e9dagogie et la didactique sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 cette mati\u00e8re, s'exercent \u00e0 enseigner dans des coll\u00e8ges la\u00efques, abordent les questions d'identit\u00e9 en d\u00e9battant de l'\u00e9ventail d'identit\u00e9s au sein du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif, et mettent l'accent sur l'identit\u00e9 traditionnaliste.<\/p>

Le programme \"Echkolot Bakerem\" est soutenu par les Fondations Saulire et Posen, et agit en partenariat avec le Coll\u00e8ge universitaire David Yellin, sous l'\u00e9gide du d\u00e9partement Patrimoine du Minist\u00e8re de l'Education.<\/p>
