L'une des fili\u00e8res du Coll\u00e8ge Universitaire David Yellin est \"l'Institut Kerem pour une \u00e9ducation juive humaniste\", cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim. Il forme des professeurs de qualit\u00e9 dans un esprit humaniste juif et propose aussi un d\u00e9veloppement professionnel pour les enseignants en sciences humaines, en insistant sur les communaut\u00e9s professionnelles et sur la mise en pratique.<\/p>

L'Institut Kerem encourage l'excellence en \u00e9ducation et veille au d\u00e9veloppement d'un juda\u00efsme isra\u00e9lien inclusif, dans le secondaire. L'Institut forme des enseignants de qualit\u00e9, professionnels et larges d'esprit, qui per\u00e7oivent leur m\u00e9tier comme une mission, et exercent leur profession sur le long terme. Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de Kerem occupent des fonctions importantes au sein du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif isra\u00e9lien.<\/p>

L'Institut Kerem est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la reconversion d'universitaires vers l'enseignement, par le biais d'un programme d'\u00e9tudes adapt\u00e9 en deux ans. Le programme comporte des ateliers didactiques, une exp\u00e9rimentation pratique, des cours d'\u00e9ducation, et des \u00e9tudes d'enrichissement dans des domaines vari\u00e9s. Cette formation se d\u00e9roule dans un dialogue entre enseignants et \u00e9tudiants, sans examen et sans notes, et favorise un d\u00e9veloppement personnel et professionnel pour chaque \u00e9tudiant dans son domaine.<\/p>

L'Institut Kerem forme des enseignants dans les domaines suivants : \u00e9tudes juives, sciences humaines, sciences sociales et mati\u00e8res artistiques. Il accompagne les professeurs lors de leur ann\u00e9e de sp\u00e9cialisation, et se pr\u00e9occupe de leur \u00e9volution professionnelle en \u00e9largissant les mati\u00e8res d'enseignement, et en cr\u00e9ant des cercles d'enseignants et des programmes cibl\u00e9s.<\/p>

L'Institut Kerem est soutenu par les Fondations Posen et Saulire, la Fondation pour J\u00e9rusalem et Yad Hanadiv. Il agit en partenariat avec le Coll\u00e8ge Universitaire David Yellin, le Minist\u00e8re de l'\u00e9ducation \u2013 D\u00e9partement pour la formation et la sp\u00e9cialisation du corps enseignant, D\u00e9partement du patrimoine et D\u00e9partement pour la sp\u00e9cialisation et l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'enseignement, et avec l'Institut Mofet - D\u00e9partement Recherche et D\u00e9veloppement - Hashkafa.<\/p>
