Le programme 'Mimizra'h Shemesh', cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Kol Isra\u00ebl Haverim, est un Beit Midrash pour un leadership social : il encourage la formation de cadres locaux dans la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, favorise un juda\u00efsme isra\u00e9lien inclusif, inspir\u00e9 de la tradition juive s\u00e9pharade.<\/p>

Mimizra'h Shemesh met en place des centres d'\u00e9tude et d'action sociale, qui d\u00e9veloppent un leadership chez les jeunes de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie socio-g\u00e9ographique d'Isra\u00ebl. Il \u00e9tablit \u00e9galement des programmes de coop\u00e9ration entre des personnalit\u00e9s marquantes - activistes sociaux, \u00e9ducateurs, rabbins, femmes leaders, porte-paroles et assistants parlementaires.<\/p>

Dans les groupes de leadership de Mimizra'h Shemesh comme Netou\u00efm, Shaar\u00e9 Ouziel, Amitei Tsedek, Maof et Tidreshi, on \u00e9tudie les sources juives, en insistant sur la tradition s\u00e9pharade. Ces textes conduisent \u00e0 une \u00e9volution personnelle de chaque participant et \u00e0 un processus collectif pour tout le groupe qui engendrent une action sociale et communautaire.<\/p>

Les sujets \u00e9tudi\u00e9s et la dynamique de groupe entra\u00eenent une prise de position et une action sociale concr\u00e8te, renforcent les participants en tant qu'individus et en tant que groupe, en tant qu'actifs et leaders communautaires.<\/p>

Les programmes accordent une place de choix \u00e0 chaque participant et favorisent ainsi le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs capacit\u00e9s de leader. Ils deviennent des activistes sociaux sensibles aux sujets de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, en utilisant leur propre v\u00e9cu et les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es pour les r\u00e9orienter vers l'action sociale. Gr\u00e2ce aux outils acquis et \u00e0 l'exp\u00e9rience sociale accumul\u00e9e, se cr\u00e9e un leadership communautaire solide.<\/p>

Mimizra'h Shemesh, Beit Midrash pour un leadership social, est soutenu par les Fondations Pozen, Saulire, Ad\u00e9lis, et Yoreinu, l'association Sabah, les F\u00e9d\u00e9rations juives de New-York et de MetroWest. Il agit en partenariat avec le Minist\u00e8re pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, du N\u00e9guev et de la Galil\u00e9e, la Loterie Nationale (le Mifal Hapa\u00efs), le Centre Educatif S\u00e9pharade, des municipalit\u00e9s et des centres de jeunes de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, du N\u00e9guev et de la Galil\u00e9e.<\/p>
