Rabbinat communautaire dans l'esprit de la tradition
des sages s\u00e9pharades, dans l'ouverture d'esprit, l'unit\u00e9, et la sensibilit\u00e9 sociale<\/p>

\"Shaar\u00e9 Ouziel\", programme de Mimizra'h Shemesh et du Centre Educatif S\u00e9pharade (le SEC, Sephardic Educational Center), est un Beit Midrash pour rabbins, qui favorise un leadership rabbinique communautaire, dans la tradition des sages s\u00e9pharades, l'ouverture d'esprit, l'unit\u00e9 et la sensibilit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>

Ce programme permet \u00e0 des rabbins de communaut\u00e9 d'\u00e9tudier de fa\u00e7on approfondie la tradition des sages s\u00e9pharades, et de renforcer une conception du monde rabbinique b\u00e2tie sur une ouverture d'esprit de la Thora li\u00e9e aux probl\u00e9matiques de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle. Il pr\u00e9conise un rabbinat pertinent, r\u00e9pondant aux questions de Hala'ha (la Loi juive) dans un esprit de bienveillance, qui suit la r\u00e8gle de Thora dans ses trois dimensions : la loi, la raison et l'\u00e9poque ; un rabbinat mod\u00e9r\u00e9 et accueillant, valorisant l'unit\u00e9 au sein de la communaut\u00e9, et construisant des ponts vers la tradition, pour les diff\u00e9rentes parties du peuple.<\/p>

Ce Beit Midrash \u00e9largit la conception de la fonction rabbinique aux questions sociales et \u00e9conomiques, forme le rabbin \u00e0 guider sa communaut\u00e9 dans les probl\u00e9matiques sociales tels que la pauvret\u00e9, la jeunesse \u00e0 risque, la violence au sein de la famille, et permet aux participants d'acqu\u00e9rir des outils en mati\u00e8re de gestion de la communaut\u00e9, d'esprit d'entreprise, de m\u00e9diation et de rh\u00e9torique.<\/p>

Dans le cadre de ce Beit Midrash, les rabbins assistent \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e hebdomadaire de cours pendant deux ans : ils y \u00e9tudient des figures embl\u00e9matiques de la tradition des sages s\u00e9pharades et leurs \u0153uvres (essais, commentaires, responsas etc\u2026), la Bible, la philosophie et la pens\u00e9e juive sociale. Ils participent \u00e0 des ateliers, effectuent des visites, et partagent leurs observations et investigations sur des cas rencontr\u00e9s par des rabbins de communaut\u00e9.<\/p>

Shaar\u00e9 Ouziel \u00e9tablit un r\u00e9seau de rabbins de communaut\u00e9s, r\u00e9partis dans l'ensemble du pays et dans tous les secteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Ces rabbins perp\u00e9tuent la tradition des sages s\u00e9pharades, qui relie entre elles toutes les composantes du peuple.<\/p>
